Roxanne & Sam were married at Bury Court Barn (or Barn At Bury Court) Bentley in Surrey and I was their chosen wedding photographer for their special day. Complete coverage of the wedding began in the cottage with Roxanne and the girls with their final preparations, details and special moments. After the ceremony we were treated to some live singing. Roxanne & Sam allowed plenty of time between ceremony and wedding breakfast which was ideal for a good mixture of natural candid’s, formals and fun photo’s too. We had a mixture of sunshine and random clouds, thankfully no wet stuff! As I often do, I sneaked them away for 10 mins after the meal for a few extra special shots as the sun was getting low and before the evening guests arrived and the celebrations got going.
I have been lucky enough to have photographed several beautiful weddings at The Barn at Bury Court. Also referred to as Bury Court Barn, many of my images can be found on their website. Everything about The Barn at Bury Court is quite simply stunning. The huge oak beams are truly impressive, yet mellow and welcoming. The venue offers an impressive combination of rustic and modern styles. The original beams are offset by a natural oak floor and clean minimalist lines. The Barn at Bury Court is licensed for civil weddings. For your wedding reception, up to 180 guests may be seated for dining. Overlooked by a dramatic balcony, the barn may be divided by curtains to great effect in order to create separate ceremony and reception areas. Their website is http://www.burycourtbarn.com/
