Text for search. Well at the ripe old age of 37, I am happily married with two young children, Ben who is 10 and Aimee who is 6. We live in a little town called Lancing, situated between Brighton and Worthing. I have always loved photography, so naturally it was my first career choice. At just fifteen I managed to gain a work experience position at a local photographic studio, and having spent a week or so with them I was offered a permanent positio when I left school. I spent a couple of years with them, covering all aspects from weddings and portraits to commercial and social events. During this time I also studied at Northbrook College in Worthing to gain the City and Guilds certificate in professional photography. I then moved on to another studio specialising in commercial and industrial photography and after spending another couple of years there and gaining a vast experience in medium and large format, I felt it was time to go it alone. Initially shooting weddings at the weekends before going full time back in 2001. All my work up until this time was using medium format film, but I haven't used any since then! The industry has changed dramatically in this time, not just in the equipment we use but clients preferring the more informal style of social photography. There are a lot of new faces in the business these days, but I feel that my near 20 year experience, not only in traditional methods but in the latest digital imaging and processing techniques allows me to offer the perfect blend of modern and traditional styles. Wedding photography is my specialist subject, and much more than just a job. I truly enjoy every wedding as much as the couple themselves and give absolutely 110% to each and every one of them.
